Good filters, but shipping was a bit slow

I've been a Doulton customer for ages, and usually, their service is top-notch. I recently ordered some Limescale Reduction Cartridges, and while the product itself is great – always reliable, just like their British Berkefeld system I have – the shipping took longer than I've come to expect. It's not a huge deal, and the filters arrived well-packaged eventually, but I'm used to getting my orders much quicker from them. Still, the quality keeps me coming back, and I appreciate the occasional newsletter discount codes.

Solid filter, slow shipping this time

I ordered the BioTect Ultra Filter Candle. The product itself is excellent, as expected; my water always tastes great with these. Installation was straightforward like my previous ones. However, this time, shipping took a little longer than I remember from past orders, almost a full week, which was a bit inconvenient as I was nearly out. It's a reliable filter though, and the pricing is fair for the quality you get. I just wish the delivery was a bit more consistent.

Love my new filter!

I just got the British Berkefeld Gravity Water Filter System and I absolutely LOVE it! It was so easy to set up and the water tastes amazing. Seriously, such a huge difference from my tap water. I'm telling all my friends about it, and I'm definitely shopping here again for refills!

Always reliable filters

I've ordered replacement filter candles from Doulton several times now, usually the SuperSterasyl. This last order was just as smooth as the others. The filters arrived quickly and were well-packaged, as usual. It's nice knowing I can count on them for consistent quality and good service each time I need to restock for my filter system. That's why I keep coming back.

Always great filters, consistent quality

I've been using Doulton filters for years, and I always come back. This time I picked up a few SuperSterasyl Filter Candles. They're consistently good, my water always tastes crisp and clean, and they last a long time. I appreciate that I know exactly what I'm getting. It's why I keep coming back, they're just reliable.

Got the Ultra Fluoride, it's fine

Needed a new filter, so I grabbed an Ultra Fluoride Filter Candle. It fit into my existing housing no problem. Water tastes normal, which is what I wanted. Shipping was alright, showed up when they said it would. No complaints, just a regular purchase that worked out.

Solid filter, slow shipping

I purchased the Duo Under Sink Water Filter system. The filter itself was straightforward to install and the water quality has noticeably improved, which is great. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days. Not a deal-breaker, but it would have been nice to get it a few days sooner. Overall, a good product, but they could improve on delivery times.

Good value for a first purchase

I was looking for a good water filter and found Doulton. I bought the HCP Countertop Water Filter. I did some price comparisons before buying, and with their current offer, it felt like a solid deal. The shipping was free too, which always helps. The filter itself seems well-made, and the water tastes better, so it felt like money well spent for what I got.

Good filter, fast delivery

Ordered an Ultra Fluoride Filter Candle. Arrived quickly. Fits perfectly. Water quality seems improved. Easy purchase process.

My water tastes so much better

I bought the British Berkefeld Gravity Water Filter System and it's incredible! The water tastes so pure and clean now. I was a bit skeptical, but I'm a believer. Setting it up was simple too, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm telling everyone I know about this. I will definitely be back to buy more filter candles when needed!
